Every woman deserves the chance to make the choices that are right for her.  My goal is to empower you through information and knowledge, support and nurture. This will allow you to have confidence in making decisions, while feeling comfortable and secure.

People should be having births in safe and loving environments. I am trained and certified through Doulas of North America® to provide comfort measures and emotional support needed during pregnancy, labor and delivery.  I am qualified to offer reassurance and perspective, make suggestions for labor progress, and help with relaxation and positioning.

As a former school teacher, I easily combine my innate desire to educate and nurture with my love for babies and the beautiful process of childbirth. I have three daughters, each who entered the world with a unique birth story, inspiring me on my way to becoming a Doula.
